
David Sweet serves as General Manager/COO. His responsibilities include Club leadership, community development initiatives, Club governance, facilities management, interdepartmental coordination and project management. He also serves as a staff liaison for the Board of Governors, Executive Committee, Long Range Planning Committee and Strategic Planning Committee. David collaborates with Members and staff implementing widely successful programming, facilities upgrades and software/hardware upgrades focused on improvement of the employee and Member experience.
Previously, David served as director of dining operations for the platinum designated Woodfield Country Club, where he oversaw and supported dining operations that gross $6M annually. David was well-loved in the dining rooms for his genuine nature, commitment and responsiveness.
David was recruited for the Woodfield Country Club from New England where he served in leadership roles supporting casual dining and luxury hotels. Graduating fourth in his class at university, summa cum laude, with degrees in hospitality management and restaurant management, David values hard work and recognizes contributions at every level are important to the success of a business.
Following university, he joined Ritz-Carlton, Boston as a supervisor in the stewarding department. David quickly formed bonds and developed strong working relationships across all departments; he was promoted to department head within six months and later went on to oversee three of the departments within the hotel whose annual food and beverage revenues exceeded $13M.
David was raised in upstate New York where his parents still live. He attended university at Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island where he met his wife and started his family. Today, Jaime and his two beautiful girls, Cailey and Emma-Natalie reside in Boca Raton since 2012.

Tracy Bradbury serves as the Assistant General Manager. Her responsibilities include Clubhouse operations, facilities management, interdepartmental coordination and project management. Tracy also serves as a staff liaison for the House Committee, Membership Committee, Health and Safety Committee, Strategic Planning Committee and certain ad hoc Development Committees. Tracy collaborates with Members and staff implementing widely successful, whole-campus events.
Originally from Long Island, NY, Tracy has an Undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo, and a Master’s in Education from New York University. She worked as an elementary school teacher for 10 years.
Later moving to Naples, Florida, she started her career in Hospitality at The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples in Leisure Reservations and was quickly promoted to F&B Supervisor, and then F&B Manager working in multiple outlets from a three-meal restaurant, Lobby Lounge & Bar, Poolside Café, and In Room Dining. She moved into Meetings & Special Events and was promoted to Director of F&B at Tiburon Golf Club. Most recently, Tracy started as Director of F&B responsible for overseeing a $12M operation at Boca West Country Club. She was promoted to Clubhouse Manager.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a record of excellence in transforming cultures, creating and implementing standard operating procedures and training programs, staff development, problem-resolution, and guest satisfaction. She is a vision-oriented leader with a strong food and beverage background. She leads by example and enjoys communicating with Boards, members, guests, and colleagues. Tracy lives in Pompano Beach and is very proud of her daughter Ashley, who is currently pursuing undergraduate studies.

With various service leadership and management experiences in her career – from working with Country Clubs, Hospitality Jobs, the Director of Operations of the Tampa Convention Center, JetBlue Airways Management, and Special Education – Marcy landed where she belongs: here at Boca Woods as the Property Director of 645 beautiful homes.
Within her tenure at Boca Woods that started in 2015, she has completed numerous improvements to the community including renovation to the Residents’ Only Gate. Marcy is the staff liaison for the combined ACC and Security Committee, and West Boca Council. She attends many of the other Committees to make sure that the POA remains involved and updated. Marcy manages and works closely with the Security Team, daily. Residents frequently call her the “Go-To person” for many of the things they need. Multitasking is her specialty, and attention to detail is something that she strongly believes in. It shows in the upkeep of the properties within the Community.
Originally from Hewlett, New York, Marcy enjoys speaking with residents who graduated from the same High School! She attended Buffalo State College, earning a Marketing Degree. She is mother to three lovely gentlemen and has been married 28 years to her best friend. Marcy loves what she does, and she works hard so it shows each and every day.

Murray is originally from White Plains, NY, where he attended Pace University and achieved a BA in Public Accounting. He relocated to South Florida in 1993 and has been residing in Coral Springs for the past 25 years, where he raised his daughter and son.. He previously worked at Gleneagles Country Club as the assistant controller, and Mizner Country Club and the Hamlet Country Club as the controller. Murray joined the Boca Woods team in 2006 as the controller. Murray still resides in Coral Spring as an empty nester with his two dogs, Moose and Rucker.

Luisa is originally from Bogotá, Colombia and moved to the United States in 1996. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Keiser University, and has worked in the hospitality industry for 9 years.
A large part of her career was working at Simon Property Group where she worked very closely with the stores located at Town Center in Boca Raton. She was responsible for employee incentive programs, employee events, the courtesy shuttle for employees and patrons and the recruitment of Simon’s personnel. She is also the former Human Resources Director for Seagate Hospitality where she was responsible all HR tasks for the Hotel, Beach Club, Country Club and Yacht Club.
She continued her career working with a benefit broker, and this added a deeper understanding of benefits, benefits negotiation, contribution modules. She then continued her HR career as the Sr. Human Resources Manager for St. Andrews Country Club and after 3 years was promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources.
She considers herself an experienced Human Resources Professional and a vision-oriented leader with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. My skill set includes recruitment, employee relations, record keeping, problem-solving, employee benefits, employee engagement, negotiations, operations management, and event management.

Adria came to Boca Woods in 2017, bringing almost twenty years of experience in luxury property and lifestyle management and marketing. Adria began her career working for Gables Residential in 1998, working at several local properties until earning her position at Mizner on the Green, managing 248 luxury townhomes. Overseeing the property for thirteen years, she transitioned to new construction, working for the Related Group and Greystar, in managing several mid-rise communities which included over 400 rental apartments and retail space.
Adria’s number one priority, both with her former residents and Boca Woods members, is to build a relationship where people always feel welcome and at home, not only where they live, but in creating a friendly and approachable environment to assist with member needs.
When outside of Boca Woods, Adria enjoys traveling with her husband, practicing kickboxing, Muay Thai, and baking.
